We built this home in Franklin in 2004. Its absolute waterfront position means it often takes a hammering from the coastal elements, so a durable, low maintenance build mattered most from the start. The owners chose Palliside cladding and coastal grade roofing. It is standing the test of time and still looks new.
The house was designed and fitted out for views and light. Chris built his signature sweeping kwila decks all along the front of the home.
It is another quality build by Heineke Builders: a much loved family home, and a very popular bed and breakfast.
