New homes, renovations, recladding and light commercial work across South Auckland, Franklin and North Waikato.
We do one off projects that need more care and communication than a standard house plan. We also take on smaller jobs, like decks and ensuites.
Architectural and first homes built to your design, your site and your budget. We help with selections if you want it.
Large renovations, additions and villa restorations, including the tricky parts of working inside an old structure.
Leaky home and weathertightness repairs, working alongside specialist engineers to put things right.
Shop fit outs, maintenance and conversions, like the old Papakura picture theatre we turned into apartments and shops.
Chris started Heineke Builders in 1993. Today he and Catherine run the business with a team of qualified builders, apprentices and an office team. Our typical jobs range from about NZ$20,000 to NZ$1 million.
Whatever the size, you get open and honest communication, regular updates and a builder who still answers the phone after handover.
As NZ Certified Builders members we can offer one of the most complete 10 year guarantees on the market. It is run independently, and it moves to the new owner if you sell within 10 years.
Tell us about your project and we will come back with an estimate, or give Chris or Catherine a call.
