With charge up you pay for the actual time and materials, but the final price is unknown and can end up over budget. A fixed price gives you more certainty from the start. It works well for new builds with a clear brief, where materials and fittings are already chosen.
A new home needs a building consent. We work with your architect and can tell you what your project needs.
As NZ Certified Builders members we can offer the Halo 10 year residential guarantee. It is run independently of NZCB, so your home stays covered even in the unlikely event that something happens to us or to NZCB. If you sell within 10 years, the guarantee moves to the new owner. The premium is included in most of our quotes, and we apply for it before work starts.
