Pōkeno

This commissioned design and build in a new subdivision is a quality four bedroom home, with a wing that can be separated for extended family or guests.

The site was steep. It needed engineering, setbacks from retaining walls, and access built into the lower wetland. We worked with the architect to make the best use of the site and the budget.

The home has multiple levels and was built for gracious, flexible living. It faces away from the road, which gives the decks and patios more privacy, and looks out over trees and wetland for a calm, lush feel.
