This four bedroom, two bathroom home with a single garage was originally built by our team at Heineke Builders in 2005. It was rented for close to 20 years and had very little done to it in that time.
Over a few weeks it was repainted and tidied up, ready for sale. In 2025, after a very short time on the market, it sold to first home buyers. It was a joy to see it refreshed and restored into a first home buyer’s dream. Nearly 20 years on, it still looks near new. A satisfied building team and happy homeowners!

This investment property in Manukau City had been rented for over 20 years and needed renovating and freshening up for the market. The brief was to make it move in ready, to a good entry level standard: tidy and low maintenance, bringing out its good points without overcapitalising.
Easy care and modern were important. First home buyers can struggle to get finance, and most do not want to set money aside for extra repairs or renovations. It was a great outcome: the owners had offers soon after it went on the market.
