A separate tiny home, designed to look like the original house.
This tiny house was designed to look like the original house, but it stands on its own. The owners wanted a separate living space they could use flexibly, and that could be self contained if needed. They were thrilled with the sheltered deck that now joins the tiny home and the main house.
On several other projects we have built homes within homes, for generations and extended families living together. Earning income from an underused part of your property, or giving family the chance to save for a mortgage while living together, is a real bonus.
We have also specialised in home and income new builds, for example a four bedroom home with a smaller adjoining one or two bedroom unit.
