This was a shabby 1930s three bedroom bungalow with a carport, and a sun porch that had been turned into a bedroom. The property had scope for development, so the owner added a minor dwelling to the existing house.
The house was reroofed, repiled and reclad, updated throughout, and a new bedroom was added. The carport became a large double garage. The old sun porch was removed, and a completely new two bedroom, self contained granny flat was added, with a connecting door to the house.
